The founder and owner of King Ceasor University, HM King Ceasor Augustus Mulenga, has just earned a Master of Science in Marketing from Makerere University. He received the degree during the institution’s 76th graduation ceremony, marking another chapter in his already impressive journey in Uganda’s education sector.
Mulenga took a moment during the celebrations to share his joy publicly. He congratulated everyone in the graduating class and encouraged them as they move forward. In his words, he reflected on the hard work it took, saying he had achieved something meaningful alongside his peers. Beyond the personal pride, he used the occasion to thank President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, First Lady Janet Museveni, and the wider NRM government. He pointed to key policies like the opening up of higher education and the rollout of Universal Primary Education and Universal Secondary Education as game-changers that created opportunities for countless Ugandans, including himself.
What stands out here is how Mulenga balances running his own private university with pursuing advanced studies at the country’s flagship public institution. King Ceasor University has grown into a notable player among Uganda’s private universities, and his decision to keep learning sets a strong example for students and leaders alike. It shows that success in education does not stop once you build something big. Many people online have reacted positively, highlighting how his story inspires others to value continuous self-improvement no matter their status.
This achievement also shines a light on the progress Uganda has made in expanding access to quality education at all levels. With private institutions now playing such a vital role alongside public ones, stories like Mulenga’s remind us why investing in learning remains one of the most powerful ways to build a stronger future.
