The move aims to reduce the financial burden on smallholder farmers and increase vaccination coverage ahead of the upcoming rainy season, when disease outbreaks are most common. The Ministry will subsidize cold‑chain logistics and training for veterinary officers, ensuring that the vaccines reach remote farming communities.
