The operation, carried out by the Criminal Investigation Department, led to the recovery of twelve stolen motorcycles valued at roughly UGX 1.8 billion. Authorities say the suspects were apprehended after a tip‑off and a coordinated raid on a warehouse on Ndeeba‑Kawempe Road. The police chief praised the community’s cooperation and warned that anyone found in possession of stolen property will face the full force of the law.
